JT is generally unable to accept requests that require more than two nights away.
Due to his work schedule JT is rarely able to travel for events that require travel on a Sunday or Wednesday.
We ask that you not add any additional meetings, trainings, consultations, or other events in addition to what is in this form unless first approved by JT English.
